Indonesia Drops Visa for 45 Nations

Indonesian President Joko Widodo Widodo signed an order earlier this month authorizing visitors from 30 nations to enter without a visa, according to a government news release.  This month tripled the number of nationalities exempted from visa requirements to boost tourism and travel. 

 

The new additions are Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Britain, Canada, China, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Qatar, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirate and the how to buy viagra United States.

 

Thai travelers were already exempted as members of ASEAN.

 

Travelers can stay 30 days and must enter through selected points of entry including five international airports: Soekarno Hatta (Jakarta), Ngurah Rai (Bali), Kuala Namu (Medan), Juanda (Surabaya), Hang Nadim (Batam). Entry by sea is also possible at several sea ports.
